The Instructor will not issue a Certificate of Completion until all fees are paid. ASA Driving School will not refund any tuition monies or any part thereof when actual services have been rendered. *If contract is terminated early, only 50% of tuition monies paid will be refunded.*

An additional fee of $50 will apply (once per contract) if a Student request to be picked up outside of the local area.

The Instructor will complete all training and course work within a reasonable amount of time. Delays caused by weather that will make driving unsafe, mechanical issues, or any issue out of its control, the Instructor will not be held responsible and will work with the Student to make up any missed time.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Instructor will give the Student at least a 24 hour notice of any delays and/or cancellations. Each student will be notified by phone and/or email. The Instructor requires at least a 24 hour notice from the Student to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

The Instructor cannot and will not guarantee that the Student, upon completion of the course, will pass the DMV Road test and/or DMV examination. The Instructor will put forth every effort in teaching the Student all necessary information required by the DMV.

The Instructor requires that all Students are respectful, courteous, and will follow all rules and regulations while operating a vehicle during Behind-the-Wheel Training.

This School is licensed by the State of North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles and fully bonded as well as insured.

This School will not provide Behind-the-Wheel training to more than three individual students during a session.

This agreement constitutes the entire contract between the School and the Student, and any verbal assurances or promises not contained herein shall bind neither the School nor the Student.

By submitting this form, I Parent/Guardian of Student, certify that I am releasing my child from School System, for the purpose of Drivers Education Instruction, specifically for Behind-The-Wheel training. I am electing to privately pay for Behind-The-Wheel training with A Step Ahead Driving School.
